We are a family-owned business and are homeowners ourselves. We understand the challenges families are facing today in either getting qualified for a mortgage or continuing to make their mortgage payments. The pandemic has taught us to always have a plan B, C, D, and so on. We pride ourselves on building community relationships and serving families that genuinely need assistance with the creative solutions we offer. Our team has the tenacity and experience to assist you in finding solutions to make your real estate goals a reality.
Although we are New York City and Connecticut natives, we work with families and individuals all across the country.

A Bronx, NY native and a 20-year employee of the Metro-North Transit Authority, Lonnie is passionate about all things real estate.
As an ex-realtor and real estate investor, we saw a need in my local community for affordable housing. With the constant battles of finding reliable, clean, and affordable housing, we made it our mission to serve our community. We strive to educate everyone we network with and help them understand there are many ways to own real estate. You don't need a perfect credit score, extensive job history, and a 20% down payment in the bank. Actually, you don't need a lender! Yes, that's what we said! YOU DON'T NEED A LENDER TO PURCHASE A HOME!
